Shipping & Returns
Orders within The Netherlands will be delivered the next working day, when ordered before 14pm on working days. When ordered after 14:00 on Friday, or when ordered on Saturday/Sunday, your order will be delivered the next Tuesday. Delivery will take 2-8 working days for orders within Europe, depending on your country. Please note: if you have not received your order within 8 days please contact us at email@example.com.
WHEN YOU PLACE AN ORDER AT YOURLOOKBOOK.NL, THERE ARE SEVERAL DIFFERENT DELIVERY METHODS POSSIBLE:
DELIVERY BY POSTNL – 5,00 € PER ORDER
By default, PostNL delivers on Monday to Saturday. You will receive an email as soon as the order has shipped. You can track your package with the tracking code in the email.
If you are not home the first time your order is delivered, PostNL will offer your package again on the next day. After the second attempt, PostNL will bring your package to the nearest post office. Your package will stay here for 3 weeks, after which it will be sent back to the sender.

DELIVERY AT A DIFFERENT ADDRESS (FOR GIFTS)
If you choose to send your order to a different address than the billing address (as a gift). The invoice will not be added to the order, but it will be send to your email address. The delivery is always handled by PostNL.
We are continuously carefully monitoring our online assortment. For the delivery of your order, we depend on several factors. Unfortunately, in rare cases it could happen that an item in your order appears to be out of stock when processing your order, or the item may not comply with our quality requirements. In this case, we will transfer the purchase amount of the item in question (including shipping costs) back to your account.
Items can only be returned within the return period of 14 days starting from the day you receive your order. Within this period you can review and try on your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Items must be unworn, unwashed and tags must be attached. Items can not be stained by make up or have other signs of wear after trying them on. Earrings & lingerie can not be returned due to hygienic reasons. If you wish to return these items,the packaging must be unopened.
Failure to comply with the terms of our return policy will result in us not being able to give you a refund.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. To return your product, you should ship your product with the original purchase receipt and the completed return form.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

We don’t cover your shipping costs for returning a package to us, neither we can guarantee that we will receive your returned item; the package you wish to return is your responsibility until we receive it. We recommend you to use a track & trace shipping method and keep the proof of postage in case your return gets lost on its way back to us.
