How can I place an order?

Click on the product of your choice and choose the right size, color, and quantity, if needed.

 Click on the “Add to My Bag” button to move the item to your shopping bag.

 When you’ve finished shopping, click on the shopping bag in the top right corner of the screen. An overview of your order will appear, in which you can change your items, if needed. 

Sign in if you already have an account, or else, fill out your address information. 

Important is to select your country before entering your postal code, otherwise it will not recognise your address. Next, choose your preferred shipping method and your preferred delivery time. 

Choose a payment method and complete your order.

IS MY PRODUCT RESERVED AS SOON AS I PLACE IT IN MY SHOPPING BAG?

No. The products will only be reserved for you when the payment is complete.

I RECEIVED THE INCORRECT/FAULTY ORDER

If you believe you have received the incorrect item or an item with a fault, please  please contact us at hello@yourlookbook.amsterdam with an image of the garment and fault along with your order number.

I DIDN'T RECEIVE MY CONFIRMATION ORDER

Make sure you’ve scoped out your junk and spam folders in case the automatic notification has been sent there.

I RECEIVED AN EMAIL THAT THE GARMENT I REQUESTED WAS BACK IN STOCK BUT WHEN I GO TO PURCHASE IT, IT HAS ALREADY SOLD OUT.

Our items  are here for a good time not a long time. Once a garment or size is sold out you are encouraged to enter your email address be to emailed as soon as one comes back online. Due to the popularity of the sizes, styles may sell out within minutes if only one size has been re stocked. If in doubt your favorite Your Lookbook piece might sell out when trying to find the perfect fit, you can always purchase two different sizes and return the size that was not suited.

DO YOU SELL DIGITAL GIFT CARDS?

Digital gift cards purchased online are sent to the email address provided on the order as a digital gift card. Digital gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash and cannot be returned or canceled.

Returns

  • I HAVE A FAULT WITH MY ITEM. WHAT DO I DO?

    We hope you never receive a faulty product. However, if something you received is not in perfect condition, please submit your return via email with  your order number, images of the fault and a short description to hello@yourlookbook.amsterdam.

    YOUR LOOKBOOK offers a 3-month warranty period on all of our pieces. This does not include reasonable wear-and-tear or items damaged by not following the recommended garment care process.

    If you received a faulty item, YOUR LOOKBOOK  will cover the cost of the return postage.

  • HOW DO I RETURN?

    Items can only be returned within the return period of 14 days starting from the day you receive your order. Within this period you can review and try on your order.

    To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. To return your product, you should ship your product with the original purchase receipt and the completed return form.

  • DO YOU DO EXCHANGES?

    Unfortunately we do not provide an exchange service. If you have purchased a full priced item you can request a refund or store credit for your return which you can use towards re-purchasing your exchange size or garment. If you are returning a sale item, you can select a store credit for your return and you will receive a digital gift card for your store credit which you can use at checkout to repurchase your exchange size or garment.

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refunds

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Items must be unworn, unwashed and tags must be attached. Items can not be stained by make up or have other signs of wear after trying them on. Earrings & lingerie can not be returned due to hygienic reasons. If you wish to return these items,the packaging must be unopened.

Failure to comply with the terms of our return policy will result in us not being able to give you a refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

 If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

Please note estimated shipping times include processing time at the warehouse and are calculated from the date the order is placed.

ARE DUTIES AND TAXES INCLUDED IN MY ORDER TOTAL?

If you are located outside of EU countries, you may have to pay the duties & customs fees to receive your order. We advise you to contact your local DHL to be informed of what these charges may be if you have any concerns before placing your order. YOUR LOOKBOOK does not cover these charges.

HOW DO I UNSUBSCRIBE TO THE NEWSLETTER?

You can always unsubscribe to the newsletter. Click in the top right corner on LeJournal and choose UNSUBSCRIBE in the left menu. If you fill out this form and send it, you are automatically unsubscribed to the newsletter. Your details will be stored in our database, but we are obviously not using them. If you want your details to be completely removed from our database, you can let us know through your contact form.
