Shipping Policy

We offer several shipping options to accommodate your needs, including standard and expedited shipping. Shipping rates and delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected during checkout.

Dispatch Time:

Your Lookbook aims to dispatch orders mentioned in the Dispatch Confirmation within 2 working days. Delays may occur due to reasons such as altering product sizes, adjusted items, unforeseen circumstances, and delivery area issues.

Customs and Clearance:

Your Lookbook is not responsible for delays caused by customs or clearance processes.

Delivery Days:

Please note that some transporters do not deliver on Saturdays, and there is no delivery on Sundays. Delivery is considered complete when the products are signed for at the agreed delivery address.

Delivery Attempts:

Depending on the chosen transporter, products will be stored at a safe location after two delivery attempts. The transporter will leave a notification stating the package's location and how the Consumer can collect it. If the Consumer cannot be present at the agreed delivery time, they should contact the transporter to schedule a new delivery appointment.

Return Policy

Return Period:

The Consumer has the right to return a product to Your Lookbook within 14 days after delivery for any reason.

Condition of Returned Products:

The right to annul the Sales agreement applies only to products returned in the same condition as received. Returned goods are accepted only when the product packaging is intact.

Return Costs:

The costs of the return are at the Consumer's own expense.

Refund Process:

Your Lookbook will transfer the paid amount to the Consumer's bank account (in case of payment through iDEAL) or instruct the credit card company to transfer the amount within 30 days after receiving the returned product in good condition. This includes a reduction of the invoiced postage costs.

Return Requirements:

The Consumer must return all instructions, documents, and packing materials. Damaged or improperly returned products will not be reimbursed. The Consumer is required to take reasonable care of the product(s) while in possession.

Non-Returnable Products:

The right to annul the Sales agreement does not apply to:

  • Items not in the original state and/or packing
  • Items without the original return tag attached
  • Worn/used items
  • Underpants (for hygienic reasons)
